So what is it?
Church software. Three products, one account. Communications is open today as Promo Engine; People and Operations are coming.
Ask it anything. It answers from what this site says and nothing else.
Anything it can't answer: contact@engine.church

Ask what it costs, what it connects to, or what the AI does.
People · Coming soon
One record for every person, and the follow-up that keeps people from falling through.
One record per person. Sarah visits in March, someone calls her that week, she asks for prayer in September, and by Christmas she is the one calling new guests. Every product reads the same record, so no one enters her twice and nothing about her is lost between systems.
Being built in a working church now. Start with Promo Engine today and People opens on the same account when it is ready.

Guests
Someone visits for the first time. A follow-up appears with a name, a phone number and a date on every step.
A guest card, a plan-a-visit form, or a name entered on Sunday afternoon. You define your follow-up once, and every guest after that arrives on someone's list with a name, a phone number and a date. Nothing sends itself. A person still makes the call.
You define the follow-up. Engine puts a name and a date on every step.

Care
Prayer, hospital, bereavement. A name and a date on every follow-up, visible only to the people you grant Care.
The same machinery as Guests, worded for the situation and restricted to the people who should see it. You set how long the church stays with each kind of need. A hospital stay and a prayer request do not have the same rhythm, and neither should end because everyone assumed someone else had it.
Care is visible only to the people you grant it to. Everyone else sees nothing.
One church
It does not work on its own
People shares your church with the other two. Same people, same roles, same bill, and a volunteer gets one list whichever product asked.
